Frequently-Asked Questions:

As of July 1st, 2019, The SLP Solution is no longer an ASHA CE-Provider.  As a company, we provided that service for a few years and it was an incredibly expensive and time-consuming process.  We found that only 5% of our members were using the “Submit to ASHA” feature and so we were forced to make the decision to spend our time and money on other ways to help our customers.

Our membership does include the ability to obtain continuing education credit through what is called “Certification Maintenance Hours” (CMH).  CMHs are just like CEUs in that you can use them to count for your 30 ASHA-required continuing education hours.  However, we just can’t submit them for you.  Instead, you’ll simply need to keep track of your certificate of completion (that we will provide) and fill out one form at the end of the year stating which ones you took.  (This will also save you $25 on the ASHA CE Registry if you don’t want to pay for that).

We serve speech-language professionals who work with children.  We cover topics from birth-18 years and across a variety of content areas.

You can either:

  1. Log into your account and click on the Update Info tab (highlighted in green) at the very top of dashboard and scroll down to the Change/Cancel Your Subscription area or
  2. Email us at support@slpsolution.com requesting to cancel your membership effective immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle

Once you have logged into your account, you can click on the magnifying glass towards the top of your dashboard on the right. It will bring you to a search bar where you can type in Survival Kit. Log into your account and navigate to the Update Info tab (highlighted in green) at the very top of your dashboard. Once on that page, scroll down to the Update Credit Card Information portion. You will be able to add new card by clicking on the green Add New Card button or select a credit card already on file that is no longer valid and click on the green Deactivate Selected Card button.

Log into your account and click on the Update Info tab (highlighted in green) at the very top of your dashboard. Once on that page, scroll down to the Change Your Email Address portion. Add your new email address and click on the green Submit button.

Log into your account and click on the Update Info tab (highlighted in green) at the very top of your dashboard. Once on that page, scroll down to the Change Your Password portion (near the bottom of the page) and enter the new password you now want to use. Then hit the green Submit button.

Yes! Members of the Paid SLP Solution can ask questions to our community and our SLP Staff.  Once you’re a member of the full membership, you can click this link: https://www.slpsolution.com/pediatric/ask-a-question/ and choose either Facebook or Ask on this site. Click either button and submit your question!  If you choose to ask on Facebook, keep in mind that you’ll need to request to join the group the first time you visit and it may take a few days for us to get everyone approved and in.  Thank you for your patience!
